# Account, Billing, and Support

This page explains basic account access, billing, and support.

## Account access

Your account gives you access to the projects and workspaces assigned to you.

If you cannot see a project, your account may not have access to it yet.

### Accepting an invitation

If you are invited to a workspace, you’ll receive an email with a link. Click the link and follow the steps to create your account or sign in. Once accepted, you will see the projects and permissions assigned to you.

## Team roles

Metaphysical Labs uses simple roles to control access.

* **Admins** manage workspace access and projects.
* **Animators** work on assigned projects and assets.
* **Clients** view their own projects, assets, and messages.

## Password reset

If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option on the login page.

You will receive an email with instructions for setting a new password.

## Billing

Payments, invoices, and receipts may be handled through Stripe.

If you have a billing question, contact support with your company name and project name.

## Support

Contact support if:

* You cannot sign in
* You did not receive an invitation
* You cannot see your project
* You cannot upload a file
* You need help requesting a revision
* You have a billing question
